Job Title: Supervisor, Reset Project
Location: Store Support Center

Position Overview
The supervisor, reset project, will manage a reset project team of vendors that implement planograms, reclaim and item validation at assigned stores. This position will ensure the reset teams are applying company policy and procedures and all actions taken by the team are in the company’s best interest to grow sales and profits.
Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Oversee planogram changes for assigned stores, develop planogram procedures and ensure planogram policies and procedures are followed.
  • Modify planograms using discretion and independent judgment when necessary to fit abnormal store shelf configurations.
  • Evaluate project objectives and store conditions to determine course of action required.
  • Ensure the reset project team follows company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise company and vendor resources dedicated to store and category resets.
  • Assist manager, reset project with training of new members on proper policies and procedures.
  • Recommend replacements as necessary based on associate’s performance.
  • Track new item speed to shelf and recommend measures to reduce if necessary.
  • Ensure that assigned stores are handling new and discontinued items changes correctly; report findings.
  • Ensure a customer friendly shopping environment during reset.
  • Build team continuity and professionalism.
  • Develop working relationships with individual store management and personnel.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years retail management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Department or assistant manager or equivalent experience.
  • Above average organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work, coordinating several projects at one time and meeting deadlines.
  • A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work.
