Digital Strategy Specialist



Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting the Digital and Loyalty Strategy team through variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of planned strategic programs. This incumbent will coordinate the requests and approvals of marketing content for Web, Email, App, Social and Paid Media. This role will assist with the preparation of documents, such as post-campaign analytics, weekly reporting data, and presentations pertaining to digital and loyalty strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist I will assist with coordinating the logistics of Digital Innovation project meetings and Loyalty customer service requests.


Essential Responsibilities


% Of Time

Requests and obtains appropriate approvals for digital marketing assets, partnering with the Studio team to confirm details and the status of assets.


Assists in the creation of presentations and compile post-campaign data for necessary business documents.


Coordinates the digital strategy for Ecommerce initiatives.


Assists with the scheduling, logistic coordination, and ordering of applicable resources for Digital Innovation projects.


Acts as the point of contact Loyalty customer service requests.


Performs other job-related duties as assigned.



Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or 4 Yrs Relevant Experience

Marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
