Plans, edits and writes content that keeps current and prospective employees informed on company news and employer brand efforts across various channels. Oversees the development of the Company Newsletter and maintains a content calendar to ensure all content is compelling and in alignment with Company objectives and brand standards.
Supports the planning and coordination of Company Town Halls, District Manager meetings and other high-visibility, corporate events to engage associates. Confirms projects and events will meet budgets and timelines.
Defines and implements a specific plan to create a smart, streamlined, efficient process for internal communications. Sets clear objectives and continually makes recommendations to improve effectiveness and increase employee engagement.
Creates surveys and reports capturing engagements metrics, as well as presentations and other documents for business partners and company leadership.
Serves as a point person with external business partners to ensure AV equipment, photographers, videographers, etc. are scheduled for Company events. Prepare POs as appropriate.
Works closely with business partners to ensure brand consistency in internal communications.
