CRM Analyst II

 

 

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and analyzing the customer and transactional data for rewards accounts. The data includes sales records, purchasing history, types of purchase, marketing engagements and channel preferences. With the use of multiple systems, the CRM Analyst will set up loyalty offers, build and maintain tables of big data and create automations to streamline workflows. This position will provide leadership, guidance, reporting to team members and leadership, and manages vendors.

 

Essential Responsibilities

Creates moderately complex SQL queries and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM to understand analyze customer data, initiate data extracts and file transfer to internal teams and external vendors and summarize data.

Maintains and integrates the company’s data sources with CRM tool. Synthesizes disparate data sources to provide compelling and meaningful insights of our customers. Identifies opportunities for simplification and automation in execution of campaigns.

Supports business teams using various data platforms to create digital and printed offers and timely load offers to meet campaign deadlines. Drives action through effectively communicating analyses, insight and recommendations to leadership. Coordinates the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests.

Partners and communicates effectively with multiple vendors to develop and support the production and delivery of management scorecards and reports.

10%

Performs ad-hoc analysis, reporting and derives insights using data spanning a variety of sources.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
