Plan, manage and oversee campaigns and relating guidelines across the portfolio of brands; BI-LO, Fresco Y Mas, Harveys & Winn-Dixie. This includes the setting of quantifiable communication goals in addition to channel planning and campaign rollout in partnership with the broader marketing team (Digital, PR, Circular & In-store communications). Works with the Manager, Brand Communications to craft strategic communications briefs, subsequently works in partnership with in-house creative/design teams to develop effective retail communications that drive a desired outcome. Ensures all marketing channels have the creative assets they need to build campaign assets for the channel they are responsible for. Works with internal insight and analytical teams to assess campaign effectiveness.
Works collaboratively with the cross-functional marketing team (Digital, PR, Circular & In-store communications) to ensure campaign consistency through the line; including but not limited to messaging, look and feel, voice over artist, track, tone of voice, imagery, art direction etc.
Develop and manage the production of multimedia brand communications; including but not limited to TV, Radio, Online Video, Animated Digital Display etc. Ensure all legal and regulatory items are taken into consideration. Act as a point of contact for each of our agency partners; advertising, media and design.
Act as an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about brand development, marketing and retail. Assist in team housekeeping of conducting industry research, information and best practice knowledge sharing, upholding team and business processes, document and resource storing, finance administration and support.
