Supervisor, Cycle Team
The supervisor, cycle team (Ocala, FL area) will oversee the day-to-day management of the cycle team which includes eight (8) vendor team members in a territory of 12 to 16 stores. Supervisor, Cycle Team will be responsible for implementation and merchandising of category business plans, and will ensure stores maintain planogram integrity. This position requires an inspirational leader engaged in teaching and coaching team members for outstanding execution and ownership of store planograms and processes.
1. Training and Communication
Manage day-to-day operations of the cycle team and associated activities performed in stores in a territory of 12 to 16 stores. Communicate the team schedule and related work-list information to team members and stores. Provide training to new and existing team members to support category merchandising plans and schematic implementation.
Complete assigned work for each store to include category cycle sets to planogram, place new items to proper location, proper processing of residual inventory (backstock, discontinued items, out of dates and unauthorized), complete rotation, post scan process and distribution void reporting. Coordinate and schedule special project requests with approval from Reset Operations.
3. Ownership and Leadership
Own and resolve all issues in assigned stores through interaction and communication with the store team and Reset Operations. Gather, investigate and communicate all planogram and product issues such as incorrect dimensions, incorrectly loaded planograms, unauthorized items, missing tags, etc to Space Planning and Reset Operations.
4. Collect surveys and communicate specific information concerning section sizes and configuration.
5. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
High School / GED
Course of Study:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional relevant work experience
Course of Study:
3 - 6 yrs minimum

While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly (67-100%)required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands. The employee is regularly (67-100%)required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete, carry, push, lift or pull up to 100 lbs.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is typically not substantially exposed to adverse working conditions.

The employee is regularly (67-100%)required to twist back and/or neck and walk on a slippery or cluttered floor surface.
