Administrative Assistant II
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of department functions and work processes. This position provides direct support to a leader and requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information regarding the company and its associates. This position prepares various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the leader. This position may regularly read and answer correspondence, schedule appointments, give information to callers, and takes notes.
1. Receive and route incoming telephone calls; take messages. Process incoming mail, both hard copy and electronic. Coordinate various departmental communications.
2. Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and reserve meeting rooms. Make travel arrangements as required.
3. Draft and prepare letters, memos and reports. Organize, maintain and update specialized records, reports and files.
4. Process invoices; follow-up to ensure payment was issued and resolve discrepancies. Order supplies; monitor inventory levels and associated expenses.
5. Provide project support to team members, when assigned.
6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

3 - 6 minimum
Pharmacy technician experience. Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information obtained in the course of work.
Minimum of one year administrative work experience. Experience with PDX - pharmacy software. Excellent organizational skills with proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating several projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
Requires intermediate knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Developing an understanding of SEG processes and practices.
Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities.
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.
Supervision & Management:
Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
Solves routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.

Store Support Center
While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly (67-100%)required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands. The employee is occassionally (1-33%)required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete, carry, push, lift or pull up to 10 lbs.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is typically not substantially exposed to adverse working conditions.
Safety Risk Factors:
The employee is occassionally (1-33%)required to twist back and/or neck and walk on a slippery or cluttered floor surface.
Equipment, Tools, etc.:
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee will be required to utilize a personal computer, telephone, printer, copy machine, facsimile machine and other general office supplies and equipment.

PAYROLL: Significant amount of time is spent preparing time and attendance reports and keying in time adjustments as needed.
PHARMACY: This position will support additional specialized reporting and project needs for the pharmacy regions. Associate needs to be proficient with Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups. Analytical reporting will be used to drive KPIs for the pharmacy regions. Additional time is spent providing talent acquisition support to pharmacies regarding onboarding and hiring procedures. Role will also consolidate, review and finalize payroll spreadsheets from pharmacy district managers and/or schedulers including all PTO requests and provide support for payroll inquiries and corrections. Role is responsible for submitting and maintaining all HR changes with regards to pharmacy.
