SC Ops Store Service Analyst

 

 

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for investigating and resolving store customer service cases submitted via Sales Force platform. This position will be required to collaborate with store operations, internal warehouse team and external third party warehousing partner to determine appropriate resolution of submitted cases. The analyst is expected to work closely with the warehouse senior managers regarding root cause analysis to help drive accountability for both warehouse and store teams.

 

Essential Responsibilities

Resolve up to $15 million in annual credit claims via third party Sales Force platform based on independent research from information provided by the stores, warehouse operations team and internal systems.

Create, analyze and distribute portal activity reporting to highlight trends that focus on resources and drive improvement within the context of the store service-level agreement (SLA).

Provide status updates and follow through to stores, warehouse operations team, third party warehouse partner and other stakeholders as needed during the case resolution process.

Escalate and resolve store billing errors, ensuring end of period accurate financial reporting.

Work with internal and external supply chain teams to coordinate emergency deliveries, store to store transfers of goods and efficiently recover inventory miss-ships and shortages at individual store locations.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Required Education

Course of Study

Bachelor's Degree

Business, Finance, Logistics or related field; or five (5) years retail or warehouse inventory experience
