Reset Operations Coordinator

 

 

Job Purpose

Coordinate all materials, scheduling, tools, and communications to effectively support day to day reset operations.  This includes working with stores and various departments to effectively plan for all activities relating to store reset.  Ensure teams have all available resources to execute projects on time and according to plan. This role will also develop, collect and compile store survey information to streamline planning for the department.  The position will also facilitate new product implementations by working with other departments to gather all relevant information for launch.

 

Responsibilities

1. Communications

Prepare and execute daily and weekly communication to the field teams.  Work with the merchandising department to gather, combine, filter, and communicate all new items to the appropriate field teams.  Ensure accuracy of all communications coming out of the department. 

 

 

2. Scheduling

Schedule reset activities for all teams across the entire company footprint.  Ensure schedule does not conflict with center store inventories or central operation activities. Complete scheduling changes in the system timely so field management and teams are aware of all changes.

 

 

3. Payroll

Provide support for labor tracking and payroll for the reset teams.  Understand general spending for the department and identity anomalies to leadership.

 

 

4. Survey Facilitation

Develop, collect and compile store survey information to streamline planning for the department.  Ensure the surveys are simple to complete and yet provide valuable insight for the reset department.  Maintain survey results and provide useable insights from the surveys to support reset operations.

 

 

5. Cycle and Reset Tag Requests

Order and submit all tag requests for all projects.  Work with pricing team to validate new prices.  Proactively monitor different schedule dates to ensure tags are ordered in time for the reset process.  Call stores to ensure tags have been delivered and are correct before the reset date.

 

 

6. Billing and 3rdParty Continuity

Ensure proper billing and accounting methods are used for continuity work with 3rdparty and outside vendors.  Gather proof of executions and submit for reimbursement.  Also gather data and detail on hotel, meal, and travel expenses and provide to leadership to ensure team is on target for fiscal goals.

 

 

7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to create reporting solutions for management.

Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

High standard of integrity and reliability.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred:

Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint including the ability to use pivot tables and advance formulas.

Experience in a retail organization with general understanding of reset operations.
