Competitive Intelligence Analyst - Part-Time
Responsible for providing standard competitive reporting and basic analysis to support multiple facets of Real Estate and Store Development. Work with multiple databases and computer systems to gather information and create reliable market evaluations for market planning.
1. Investigate competitive event leads; estimate competitor impacts on the store network; monitor market trends, track and communicate competitor strategies; update competition database and communicate changes throughout the company; create ad‐hoc analytical reports; ability to work cross functionally
2. Support database management and development (MS Access, etc.) within the department. Audit company and competitor store tables to make sure they are accurate and up-to-date; assist the regions and other corporate departments with competitive reporting.
3. Communicate the impact sister stores and competitor activity have on sales.

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional relevant work experience
Course of Study:
Geography, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration
Years of Experience:
0 - 3 minimum
Strong PC skills specifically in Microsoft Access and Excel. Ability to gather and utilize critical information.
Spatial Analytic tools such as Alteryx, FME, or cloud based mapping software.
Store Support Center
While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly (67-100%)required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands. The employee is occassionally (1-33%)required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete, carry, push, lift or pull up to 10 lbs.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is typically not substantially exposed to adverse working conditions.
